This session is designed for contractors\, business owners\, and HR professionals to gain a clear understanding of worker classification—what it means\, why it matters\, and how to stay compliant.\nPresented in partnership with Latinas in Construction\, a D.C.-based nonprofit\, this first session will be conducted entirely in Spanish by our Chief Human Resources Officer\, Gabriela Santamaria\, to better serve our diverse community.
